Will you handle permits, board approvals, elevator bookings, and COIs?
Yes. We assemble the alteration package, pull DOB permits, book the elevator, issue COIs, and coordinate with management/boards through approval.
How will you keep me informed and minimize disruption?
Daily updates (photos + notes) and a weekly look-ahead, plus floor/wall protection, dust barriers and air filtration, and quiet-hour awareness. Common areas are protected and restored daily.
What’s included in your estimate?
Labor, site protection, project management, permits/inspections, and rough materials. Client-selected finishes can be owner-supplied or quoted as allowances.
How do payments work?
Milestones—deposit to book, start of work, mid-project, and final after punch list. The schedule is listed in your proposal.
